Magickal Seals and the Grimoiric Tradition

The magickal seals you see presented here represent a joint effort between artist and traditional scribe Jackie Williams and author and occultist Michelle Belanger. All seals were produced in accordance with the instructions in their respective texts – with the sole exception of the Seventh Pentacle of Mars. In the Key of Solomon, this seal is supposed to be scribed with the blood of a bat.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS AND PRODUCT

All sigils are sold as an original hand drawn piece (not a print).
Each is hand inked on your choice of either Pergamentum or authentic Calf Skin Vellum.
- Pergamentum is a fine double layer imported Italian Parchment that mimics the true calf skin vellum used by scribes in the Middle Ages.
- Calf Skin Vellum is true vellum made in the traditional way from the processed hide of calves. Calf skin vellum was used in the finest books throughout the Middle Ages.
Sigils are professionally matted on either black, gray, or red, and mounted on foam board. Shipping fee is per item.

Title: First Pentacle of Jupiter
Size: 5x5 inch piece. With matting - 8x8
According to the Clavicula Salomonis, also known as the Key of Solomon, this seal is used to invoke the spirits of Jupiter. It contains the Hebrew name of the angel Parasiel, Master of Treasures. Thus, it can also be used to reveal the location of hidden wealth.

Title: Fifth Pentacle of Saturn
Size: 5x5 inch piece. With matting - 8x8
Drawn from the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, this seal is said to defend any who invoke the spirits of Saturn. It contains the names of the angels Arehanah, Rakhaniel, Roelhaiphar, and Noaphiel.

According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis, also known as the Key of Solomon, this seal can aid its bearer in the discovery of hidden treasure. Contemplation of the seal is said to guard against poverty.

According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, this seal protects its bearer from injury and harm. The weapons of enemies are turned back against them.

This seal is to be kept covered within the circle of invocation. According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, when it is uncovered, it summons hail and storms.

According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, this seal helps its bearer to see spirits that are otherwise invisible. Simply uncover it during invocation and the spirits are forced to appear.

This seal represents a door or gate and is said to have the power to open doors no matter how they are fastened. According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, it is also used to call forth the spirits of the Moon.

According to the Mathers translation of the Clavicula Salomonis or Key of Solomon, this seal is used to obtain knowledge and to reveal hidden things. It is also used to command the order of spirits known as Allatori.

Title: Seal of Archangel Gabriel

This version of Gabriel’s seal appears in the Mathers translation of the Grimoire of Armadel. According to the text, the seal can reveal knowledge of restoring and transplanting health and mental vitality. Work with it in a Thursday before daybreak.

Title: Seal of Archangel Michael

This version of Michael’s seal appears in the Mathers translation of the Grimoire of Armadel. According to this text, the seal should be worked to invoke the angel on a Sunday in the evening.

Title: Seal of God
Size: 8x8 inch piece. With matting - 11x14
Specially matted with the description on the front
Depicted in the Liber Juratus or Sworn Book of Honorius, this seal is used to compel and command summoned spirits. The letters around the outer circle are the English equivalents of the seventy-two letters of the Shemhamphorash, a secret name of God sometimes known also as the Shattered Name or the Divided Name. Scribed on either virgin pergamenta parchment, or authentic virgin vellum, with colors and symbols in accordance with the text.
